    I really enjoy the beds, very comfortable

    The thing I do not like about the hotel is you have to pay for parking.

    Outstanding service from a young man named Wainrad when we arrived and checked in. We were lost and he came with me to our car and accompanied us to the parking lot. He was very attentive and courteous. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable.

    The location and price.

    The parking is poor and it is cheaper to use the none hotels parking space in the car park.

    The room was very clean and comfortable. I thought the view of the mall was a nice touch. I liked the location as we were close to a lot of nice resturants. The mall was handy but did not really visit it. The hotel resturant was nice. Easy to get in and out of hotel.

    The bed was fairly comfortable and the room was a decent size - one bed suite.

    The shower wasn't very clean - the rest if the room and bathroom were fine

    Thought the bed was amazingly comfortable. Was very surprised. The pillows were excellent as well. Not used to either at a hotel. Also it was nice to see that the Delta still supplies nice complimentary items in the washroom.

    The air quality and quietness of the ventalation system was the best that I have experienced in a hotel. Tha check in staff was very helpful as was all the staff.

    This is not a complaint but the suite that we were in had no outside window which was fine for a short stay

    I like that the hotel was attached to City Centre Mall. It was convienent to not have to go outside for movies, banking, resturaunts. The room was comfortable enough.

    I didn't like the outdoor parkade. We were advised on check in to park in the public parking to save $10 but were not told that you could only pay cash to get out and it didn't open until 9 am. We used room service and it was inconsistant every morning. Sunday was very good, Monday was ok and Tuesday was not good? It was weird.

    The bedding was great

    The room was very business like - I thought when I was looking on line and it stated details about the room with the bed and the jetted tub etc it would be a more romantic type room. I was wrong.

    1) the best service when I was asking for changing a room with one king size bed to two queen size beds. 2) the open dinning room during Christmas Eve.

    just a little bit confusing at the beginning of trying to find the location since the hotel is mixed up the big mall. a little more signs at the mall entrance might be helpful.
